TEST 01 "THE SUSPENSION" how long can you hang?
the test consists of hanging from a bar with your arms extended without putting your feet on the ground
If you don’t have a bar at home or in your backyard, you can try the playground….surely you can find one where you can hang)
This test is useful for assessing strength-to-weight ratio
TEST 02 Can you perform a forward flip?
the test consists of performing a forward flip on a soft surface)
This test is useful to assess your body control
TEST 03 JUMPING JACKS can you do 10 consecutive jumping jacks?
the test consists to perform 10 coordinated jumping jacks so that you raise your outstretched arms above your head same time you spread your legs apart
This test is useful for assessing coordination
TEST 04 SQUAT TEST can you perform 5 correct squats?
the test consists to perform 5 correct squats with wide and complete movement, in particular you have to comply with the following performance points: look forward, heels on the ground, knees aligned with feet, arms forward. The movement is complete when starting standing with outstretched legs and descending with the glutes close to the heels.
This test is useful for assessing the mobility of the hips, back and ankles
TEST 05 MOBILITY TEST can you touch your feet without bending your legs?
the test consists in sitting on the floor with your legs stretched together and trying to touch your toes without bending your arms.
This test is useful for assessing general mobility
TEST 06 STEP TEST how many times can you climb up a step in 1'
the test involves getting up and down a step as fast as possible. (You must always count the same foot)
This test is useful for assessing stamina
